FAQs

What travel elements are included?

Airfare (economy-class), accommodations, and transport to/from the airport on event days will be covered by Attentive. Accommodations will be assigned at Sun Valley Resort, and will be provided for three nights, from Sunday, September 7 to Wednesday, September 10, the night of September 9 is an optional third night. If you'd like to extend your trip, you'll need to make reservations outside of the room block on your own. If you complete your registration, we'll be in touch in the coming weeks to coordinate your travel.

When is check in and out?

CHECK IN: 4 pm (some rooms may be ready earlier)

We will have a private check-in area with amenities to refresh and reset before the Luminaries agenda commences.

CHECKOUT: 11 am (you may request a late check out once you arrive)

After checking out of your room, feel free to continue enjoying all the amenities and experiences at the resort until it’s time to depart for your flight.

Where will I be flying into?

Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN) is a 20-minute drive to the resort. Attentive will be arranging transportation for you to and from the airport to the resort. Our travel agent, Terri, will contact you directly to make your airfare arrangements. Your final itinerary will include ground transportation details and driver pickup instructions.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to the exclusive nature of the retreat, all parts of the event are reserved for registrants only and therefore guests cannot be accommodated.

What should I pack?

The retreat is a casual affair, so dress comfortably for the sessions and keep in mind that some portions of the programming will be taking place outdoors and will be warm during the daytime, but cool at night. Expect high 70s and 80s during the day and mid-to-low 50s during the evening. We recommend mountain resort chic for evening receptions and dinners, and suggest a light jacket.
